Brooke Mann is the founder of The Zebra-Smart Life, a platform created for people living with autoimmune disease, chronic illness, and invisible conditions. Married for twenty years with two children—a 29-year-old son and a 12-year-old daughter—Brooke understands firsthand how managing a household, creativity, and caregiving must adapt when energy is limited and unpredictable.
After years of navigating autoimmune flares, chronic fatigue, and advice that assumed unlimited capacity, she shifted her focus from pushing through to strategic energy management. Her work centers on helping others plan realistically, manage flares with compassion, and create low-effort systems at home and in daily life.
When she’s not writing, Brooke enjoys crafting, home DIY projects, cooking, and creative problem-solving—always with an eye toward sustainability, simplicity, and working with her body rather than against it.
